My methods are practical, applicable and designed to work for you every day. You will learn what you need to support yourself. We will shut out the noise, the 'top tips', the pressure and the 'shoulds' and instead focus on what works best for you. Together we will get you exactly where you need to be.

Services

Having worked in mental health for two decades and being trained in multiple forms of therapy and therapeutic practice, I bring the evidence-based science to the table. I want you to feel confident that what you do is making a tangible difference to your life and is worth your time.

I offer different programmes alongside adhoc coaching sessions that can be booked as and when you need them.

All programmes and sessions are run on a 1:1 basis, typically online.

Sort Your Life Out!

The Sort Your Life Out programme helps when you feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start. If you feel you're getting nowhere, you keep trying new things but fail to get traction, or are struggling to get motivated and make progress, then this is for you. The programme is extremely flexible and is tailored to support everyone individually, but the overall framework is 5 sessions during which we will sort your life out! 

Find Your Spark

This programme is all about reducing stress, managing burnout and bringing your health and happiness back into the centre of your career. 

If work has left you feeling depleted and drained, it's time to find your spark again.

Words of Wisdom 

This programme utilises therapeutic journalling, bibliotherapy and reflective prompts. The aim is to provide wisdom, guidance and your own series of 'ah ha!' lightbulb moments, offering you clarity and peace. 

Guide Your Path 

One-to-one therapy-informed coaching. No programme, no agenda.

Time and headspace to consider what you need.

Supportive sessions where I am on your side. We can discuss how you are, where you are going or anything at all. These sessions are a space just for you. They can be booked as regular sessions or as one-off sessions when needed.
